When all installations have been destroyed, the island can be captured with landing forces (possibly paratroopers in the future). Depending on the type of land installation they can be attacked by anything including small caliber fire, or only by naval artillery and bombing. The islands can include harbours to spawn boats and floats and/or airfields for all kinds of aircraft.īefore they can be captured, all harbours / airfields / fortresses / defenses have to be destroyed. Naval Enduring Confrontation is a new realistic game mode for navy and aircraft to participate in a large scale, strategic battle that would offer a lot more immersion and diversity than the current random battles.
